Time to face it, I just suck at blogging. I have every intention of doing it (almost) every day, but when it’s all said and done at the end of the day blogging just gets left off my list of things to do. I do Twitter with a vengeance, though (usually)!

So, let’s see…what’s new in my corner of the world………not much

ADSR is over, and Amanda and I finished(we opted to not do challenge 13–so glad that challenge was optional) I complain about almost every aspect of it, but, just like the last go round, I’m glad I did it and proud to say I was able to finish it!

I’m still doing Project 365. I’m just far too lazy to resize and frame my photos these days and get them up here on my blog. One of these days, though, there will be another very lengthy catch up post ;0)

My laptop still isn’t home. I’m beginning to lose my patience with Best Buy(or maybe it’s Sony I should be ill with…) I want my laptop back!!!!! Scrapping on the desktop is suckish. It just isn’t able to handle PSE7 very well.

Kids are fine(I swear they’re pure evil…especially E), growing like weeds(which I hate). I swear, just for a little while, I’d like for them to stop growing. Stay my babies, ya know? It kills me to look at Alee. She’s so dang growney it’s not even funny….not to mention the mouth on that kid(don’t know where in the world she got that ;o) )

Dogs hate each other. I swear I’m just waiting for one of them to not make it out of the fight. It’s got to the point where I’m afraid to break them up anymore-I’m afraid I might lose a hand or something. You can almost see Chowder growing. No joke, you can tell a difference from the time you go to bed and the time you get up. The little bitch has just about eaten all of my panties, too. That ticks me off. Not only is it gross, but it’s really inconvenient as crap! And he invited himself into my shower today. Just plowed right on through the curtain, almost knocked me down.

Did you know that there is only 273 until New Moon?!? Yep, that’s right…..pretty soon it’ll be all New Moon, all the time Some people seem to think my Twilight habit has reached unhealthy obsession status. I heard Brandy use the word intervention. He’s like my drug dealer, though, supplying my habit….I got awesome Twilight Booty for Vday….a new shirt, a calender, a bag, buttons, Rosalie’s Pendant(Alee got the last of Alice’s choker-the little snot), a calender, and the Special Collectors Edition Twilight. Oh, and the Movie Companion (which no where ever had in stock when I went to buy it!) See, he supplies my habit really well! My collection of Twilight Booty is almost out of control, I wipe Hot Topic out everytime we go there

That’s pretty much it on the Pilcher front…..we’re pretty boring ;o)

Cursed!!

I swear I can not have a laptop. Something always happens to everyone I get. Finally, 10 very short days ago, I got brand new laptop. A pretty, shiny white Sony Vaio. 10 days. That’s all it took for it to get broke =o(

We were shifting the furniture around to get to the next wall and paint it. Had the laptop open using itunes(everything else was unplugged and useless and I need music!) I had it stuck in a corner, in what I thought was a safe spot. Oops. Guess not. The PS3 fell over on it and busted the screen. And when I say busted, I mean busted. Of course. So, we loaded up today and drove the hour to Jackson back to Best Buy to have it shipped off to be fixed. Thank goodness we bought the 2 year Accidental Breakage plan. That was a very well spent $200. I never thought I’d be using it 2 weeks after I got it, though. My plan was to hold out a year and 285 days or so and just spike it into the ground. They have to either repair or replace it…instant new laptop ;0) BTW….that was totally the idea of the guy who sold us the thing…not a bad idea! I can not wait to get it back. It’s going to be a very long 2 weeks.

Do they really go out and find the geekiest looking guys for the Geek Squad? I swear I was talking to Urkel today

Anywho, we’re about to knock out another wall-yay! I swear I’m going to have a mutant muscled up right arm by the time we’re done. My left arm is useless and I can’t do anything with it except wipe paint all over my ass and face ;P

That pretty much sums it up, LOL! Things have been non stop around here, and my blog is at the very bottom of my to do list, so it usually gets left off .
This is probably going to be very lengthy, since I have so much to catch up on! =o)
Let’s see…where to start……let’s go with family stuff first!
Gabe’s staple removal went smoothly. They just snipped the staples in half and they pretty much fell out of his head. He’s got a nice scar…it’s not so much wide as it is long. He was kinda sad to see them go, he was so proud of his “head boo-boo”. Oooh, and we got the statement from the hospital today, too. $957.11! Is that not crazy?? I’m interested to see what the battle with the insurance company is going to be, it should be loads of fun.
Mason is up to 14 pounds these days!!! You don’t know how happy that makes me =D I was so worried about him for awhile, but things are working out!
We’re painting the living room!! Finally! We spent, no joke, about 6 hours scrapping the wallpaper(with 2 layers of paint on top of it) off of one and a half walls. We got it clean and patched, and painted by 11:30 last night, and it looks sooo good! It’s my red accent wall, YAY! The other walls are going to be this creamy, beigey –um, I’m not really sure how to describe it–with black trim. I can’t wait to get it all finished!!!!!
