Lots of nothingness today!

I have tons to catch you up on, so let's get to it!!

First, April is Autism Awareness Month. Pixel Gypsy Designs has teamed up with the National Autism Association to raise money for the Helping Hand program during Autism Awareness month. The Helping Hand program is a donation driven, financial aid program that provides grant money to families in need who have dependents with Autism to help pay for therapy, biomedical treatments and supplements.

Now, I know so many people have been burned by charity kits and such(I know I'm very picky about who I deal with when it comes to this), but have no fear! PGD has set it up so that your donations are made directly to Helping Hand.

When you donate $10 to Helping Hand, you will get an amazing kit put together by the PGD Designers....just look!

Is it not the most gorgeous kit? But wait! There's more! Donate over $10 and receive the Uniquely You Mega Collab Kit PLUS a PGD Gift Certificate equal to the amount that you donated over $10 (example: donate $50 to helping hand and receive the mega collab plus a $40 gift certificate)! How sweet is that? And here's a LO I did using it

So what are you waiting for?? Head here-->http://www.pixelgypsydesigns.com/naa to read all the details, and for the link to make donations(http://www.nationalautismassociation.org/proddetail.php?prod=PixelGypsyDonations)

In other news....LOL!
Easter is over. Of course my kids were sick. Naturally. And so was Mason. It kills me that all four of them always get sick at the same time. They were all dripping snot and running fever. But everyone was in a pretty good mood....maybe it was all the sugar! What's that? What's my favorite photo from Easter? I'm so glad you asked! Just take a looksie at this and tell me it's not great!

I love it! Masey was screaming so I stuck it on his head(no worries folks, it was way bigger than his tiny little head, plenty of room)
The kids ended up with way more candy than they ever need, and had fun egg hunting-well, the girls did...Gabe didn't want to hunt eggs, he felt so bad. Jess drove everyone batty with her "I gotta be at work at 6:30. AM. In the morning"..... it was real drama *giggle* The bummer of the day was it rained so hard, and I totally didn't have my Twilight umbrella. I left it home cause I was just so sure it was going to hold off until night. I was really bummed :o(

Ready for some Twilight news?? I really don't have much. I'm not exactly thrilled with a lot of the casting. Dakota Fanning is Jane--BARF! Jamie Campbell Bower is Caius--Double BARF! Michael Sheen is Aro--WTF?? My only bright spot in the casting hooplah has been that Tinsle Korey is Emily--that one I'm extremely pleased about! Oooh, and I read that a party scene with the Cullen's and Bella is scheduled to be shot tomorrow. Party? Bella? Cullen's? Sounds like some pretty sweet paper cut action to me! You all know how jazzed I was about Twilight...it's worse with New Moon. Seriously, I had my doubts at first. I'm not a fan of switching directors for every movie in a saga. The whole Taylor thing bugged me(seriously, how could they NOT want to keep him?!)...but the more I read, the more I see, my expectations are very high for this movie!! 219 days to go!!

Oh, Little Edward! He says hi! ;o)

Have I told yall how in love I am with Paranormal State? OMG, it's not even funny! I so wish I live in Pennsylvania so I could apply to be a part of the PRS :o( The show scares me shitless, of course. I can't watch it alone(well, I can, I'd just prefer not to!) , but I never miss it...I count down the minutes until it's on. The whole thing fascinates me, on so many levels. I am such a believer, and such a wuss! There are things I could tell you that would make you look at me like I'm completely looney(ok, more than you already do!).............

Anywho, that's it for now. There's more, but I am seriously starving and need to feed the heathens. We're having chicken stuff--I think it's really called Italian Chicken with green beans and rice or some nonsense, but chicken stuff works here. It's chicken, italian style green beans, rice, and tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano all mixed up in a pot. Super duper yummy. I just wish I didn't have to cut the chicken--gag me with a spoon!

*mwah*
